More about Meetings at Lambda:
Meetings listed as “Open” are open to all, whether you consider yourself to be an alcoholic, addict, or person in recovery. Meetings listed as “Closed” are only open to those who identify as alcoholics, addicts, and people in recovery. Each group is autonomous and self-supporting. You are a member of any group when you say you are!

We’re excited to invite you to our next big fundraiser—Car Wash Wars! Come join us on Saturday, April 19 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for a day of suds, costumes, and friendly competition.

What’s Happening?
Car Wash Wars: Your car gets the VIP treatment from your favorite characters! Come dressed in your best Rocky Horror or Grease costume (or just come as you are) and watch as our two teams—Rocky Horror and Grease—compete for the title of best car wash team.

Fun & Community: Get to know other Lambda members, cheer on your team, and enjoy the sights, music, and laughter all day.

Volunteer or Donate: We need help before, during, and after the event to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. Sign up on the clipboard by the front door at Lambda or see Marco P or Alexis L for more info!

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
